You’ve discovered the talented Aeron Cargill, 2 years ago on Caribeart with an interview: Anthropomorphic nature with Aeron Cargill. Today we’re pleased to show you part two of his series: Imaginarium of The Antilles. Aeron’s illustrations are a playful blend of whimsical realism with a touch of nostalgia. His inspiration comes from classic colonial paintings, modern surrealism, and a desire to show people things they miss in this world or within themselves.

Aeron’s works have appeared on the cover of children’s books, textbooks, novels, television ads, and more. He also self-published the book Jamaican Proverbs Illustrated in 2018.
